MY CASA - DELOYE - Spacious Quiet studio w AC near Old Town

Location was very good, nice for a weekend

You had to clean the dishes and put away the rubbish

Endroit strategique, propre et agreable, tres bien équipé

Le calme malgré l’emplacement en plein centre ville, luminosité et aménagement du studio . Facilité de contact avec les gérants et leur amabilité

Rien de particulier à signaler. Cependant, un détail : les rideaux n’occultent pas la lumière et en cette période de l’année cela ne m’a pas gêné mais en période estivale cela pourrait être un désagrément.

The location is very good, in the city center, close to tram stop, railway station, main square Massena and main promenade.

1. There is an air conditioner in the room but it doesn’t cool the area upstairs at all. There is a fan upstairs but during hot days in summer it doesn’t really help to cool the area upstairs. 2. Wi-fi access wasn’t working. It was fixed by the end of our stay. 3. There is no place to leave luggage at the office if you have early check-in. Usually, such service is included. 4. The apartment requires renovation, it looked much better on the photos though, especially the sofa requires renovation, dirty. 5. Only 1 key was provided, it would be much more convenient to have at least 2 keys for the apartment, especially when you travel in a group, not a single person.
