The tranquility
It leaked in when it was raining.

The view was phenomenal. Took me less than 2 minutes to walk to the lagoon. It was also close to shops. I really loved the indoor braai facility

The most outstanding feature was the sunroom/braai room.
The staff response to the water pressure issue was prompt.
Very dated. The property has numerous floor and wall cracks which gives an impression of poor maintenance.
Bedrooms are small.
A good facelift should include exterior painting. Its not a very comforting first impression.
