View. Good directions. Cleanliness
Cutlery needs to be replaced. Pots and pan is not in a good condition for the price paid.

Friendly staff and owners, rural atmosphere
No mountain views, no toiletries. We were fortunate that the two adjoining rooms were unoccupied and nobody used the shared kitchen area which also adjoined our room

There was no breakfast !!!
The room was very dark and to make it worse some lights ( bedside lamp ) didn’t work ) We asked TWICE for a replacement lamp for this light with NO result .such a simple thing and you FAILED !! I was led to believe we would get a CHALET ….. in fact I was TOLD we had the CHALET ….. we didn’t get a chalet.
