Our Chalet was close to the Swimmingpool which was nice because the Cape experienced a heatwave. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The darm is very scenic and tranquil.

Location, privacy, options of rock pool, waterfall and different hikes.
The person at the reception was friendly. However, if I didn't ask questions we wouldn't know where to go hiking, or how to spend the days there.

A fantastic location in the olive groves looking across to mountains. Actually, had royal seats for the total eclipse of the moon. Star gazing and bird life great Loved the open firepit/braai
We booked and paid for a chalet but got a glamping tent. Initially all right, good location. But kitchen tiny and when fridge didn't work, disappointing. Shower low pressure and limited hot water.
Worst part was waited all day for staff to check fridge. Arrive sunset with tiny fridge...with no shelves. Hopeless! Manager apologized next day as we left, not good enough especially at their prices.
