Lack of privacy

We loved having our glamping tents up against the mountain with beautiful views. The hot tub was private and also felt like you were part of the mountain backdrop. The glamping tents were very comfy and well fitted, along with fireplace, electric blankets as well as a lovely bathroom with great strong shower and hot water! The walk to the waterfall was stunning. Lots of other hikes plus rated top in the world for rick climbing. Lots of foreigners and locals doing this. The shop had odds and ends. Lady at reception was very friendly and accommodating.

We could fault nothing.

The various walks on the property were well marked and excellent. It was very enjoyable and accessible for our children.

Amazing location, great concept.

Very inadequate in terms of fire prevention and fire management. Someone literally burnt down their tent and we used ALL of the fire extinguishers from ALL of the rooms to try get it extinguished and couldn’t. No access to any actual fire hydrants near the tents, it was actually a disaster waiting to happen: open fires near flammable tents, with extremely inadequate means to prevent or extinguish fires. I would love to stay there if only I knew that I would actually be safe.
