We had such a special stay in “The Shack” at Galileo Farms. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and very thoughtfully designed – everything just felt easy and well considered.
The deck was a real highlight, with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding farms, plus a small dam right in front that’s full of birdlife. We were even lucky enough to have a spotted eagle owl visit us on our first day and perch on the roof – such a memorable moment.
Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing, and truly perfect experience. We’d absolutely love to come back.
