Excellent location in the area

Excellent location right at the shore of the lake Como, with the view to Villa Balbianello on the opposite side of the lake. Very nice owners, breakfast is exceptional, loved all bout it. There is a free parking 20 meters away, very quiet location. Free wifi.

Wifi was off some times for a few seconds, but I used the phone data for laptop instead and all worked fine.

Amazing

Everything was great! Breakfast was lovely, and the restaurant in the evening served amazing food and really good wine. The staff were all very friendly. It’s also super easy to get to Bellagio, just take the C130 bus. I highly recommend taking the shared boat from Bellagio to visit Varenna and Bellano, it’s definitely worth it!

Nice location, friendly staff, we would love to come back, but only for the large room.

Acceptable, but not very varied. I missed vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers).

We rented two rooms, one of which was spacious, very nice, and flawless. However, in the other room, the bathroom was very small and the shower tray was extremely small, unsuitable for an adult to bathe in. Apart from that, the room was fine.

Great value for money - perfect for a short stay

The location right by the lake is amazing and the staff very friendly. The quadruple room was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was fairly simple, but good. There were lactose-free milk options, which I greatly appreciate.

It can be quite noisy before midnight due to the restaurant underneath the rooms. The door handles also squeak quite loudly. A couple of pictures on the bare walls would be nice, too.

Amazing views!

It was our first time visiting Lake Como, and this hotel turned out to be the perfect place to truly experience its stunning, untouched nature. The views are beyond words — they stay in your heart forever. Lake Como is love at first sight, absolutely breathtaking! A huge thank you to the hotel staff — everything was top-notch: the room was spotless, the food was exquisite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The dishes at the restaurant were a real culinary delight!

The view, the food, the staff They have a small courtyard where you can park your car. The room was very clean and we have view of the lake. They also have a restaurant where we eat the night of our stay. The food was delicious and the staff, waiters and receptionist, very welcoming and always smiling. But I think it's an Italian thing :)

Don't underestimate the Crotto, (the cul de sac).

The dining opportunity within the hotel. We were tired and the hotel provided a good menu.

A little too secluded, but if we did have the tune and energy, a walk by its beach front would have been nice (for young couples).

Take this room if you would like to swim in the lake. Breakfast was not to the level.

it was near the lake and good location

breakfast was not that good for the cost. 1st day we had to call the management to provide us breakfast. There is bar in the ground floor. it will be noisy in the night we were not able to sleep till the bar was closed. The room is said to have partial view of the lake but in order to see the lake you have push yourself into a corner and stand, where you even can’t sit. not worth the money.

Crotto di Pescatori is an absolute gem, we loved every minute of our stay. The parking was a breeze and the private beach access on the lake was wonderful, as was the dinner and breakfast on site! We would 100% come back, ideally in a lake view room next time.

Comfortable stay!

The room was comfortable and the view from the terrace superb, being right on the lake. There was nice variety of foods at breakfast. A small public beach is right there for relaxing.

It's a fairly long walk up a steep hill to get to the main road to catch a bus, which is somewhat challenging with luggage. It's a fairly long bus or ferry ride to get to the location, and the times of the schedules are not frequent.

Lovely friendly hotel on the Lakeside

Everything was perfect. It was exactly as described and we were sorry we couldn't stay for longer as we only had the one night there due to moving on to a wedding venue in Limonta. The hotel was good value and in a good location. The rooms were comfortable and the views from all our rooms (we booked three) were very nice as we were on the lakeside. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful We definitely plan on returning and staying for longer next time. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. It was also lovely to sit outside in the evening with a drink from the bar although we were unable to eat at the restaurant, due to prior commitments, it looked very good with fabulous views of the lake.
