It did what it supposed to do.
Everything was exactly as expected from the pictures.
Communication with booking or staff is almost no existent. For example my uncle wanted to cancel his booking before the at refund date but communication is impossible.

Lake Front and well maintained Apartment
Property is clean and well maintained. Family of 6 members can accommodate in the apartment. Best thing is lake is visible from Bedrooms.

We loved the Italian lakes but the apartment was probably better suited to longer stay guests
It was generally clean and spacious.
This is a positive and negative - we had our own outdoor terrace which was a nice perk. However the area was grimy and there was a patch of what was supposed to be grass but was just weeds which didn’t improve the overall impression. And as we had the terrace, we were on the lower floor so didn’t have the same fabulous views that other visitors mentioned. But that’s more of an observation than a negative because if you popped over the road, there was a seat in a quiet area (not belonging to the apartment complex) where you could sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of Bellagio.

The booking.com account to the property was hacket for a long time, and kept sending fraud messages. They didnt fix it for a long time, even if i messaged them about it. Common outdoor area was small, no balconies.

Great host - really good communication prior and during our stay. Quiet location and relaxing - with stunning lake views. Apartment spotless and well equipped. Will return!

The property was spacious, clean and had all the basic necessities. The view across the lake was wonderful. Our contact for the property was very helpful and very quick to respond.
