Maioliche Apartments Griante

Fantastic location. Really nice view. Big apartment and comfortable.

Some furniture could be refreshed. (There was a very grotty red sofa that was out of place.)

The lake front views could not be beat. Awesome location with several restaurants, shops, and sights nearby. The apartment had basics in the kitchen, but was lacking if you intend to cook full meals. Parking available on site for a fee or a public parking lot was right next door which was great for our van with topper. Overall a wonderful and convenient place to stay. I would return and recommend to my friends.

We had a few problems with some of the amenities but it did not affect our overall experience. Host was responsive when we informed her.

Spacious and in such a great area!

We were 5 adults and 1 kid and stayed here for 3 nights from 28/05/2026 to 30/05/2026. The property was right on the lake - across the street. It has a private ferry dock right accross the road from which we took a private ferry ride. Bus stop and for c110 bus and mini market is just 50 mts away. Rooms were clean. Bedrooms were of decent size. If you coming from Como S Giovanni train station - the c110 bus takes almost 1 hour to reach. Also the bus does not have sufficient luggage storage space. Alternate route to reach the property is ferry for which you need to change 1 ferry (can be tiring with luggage) and another option is taxi which is very expensive due to high tourist season.
