The staff was exceptionally friendly, and it’s located in a good spot for being on the west side of the city

While the room I stayed in was clean, some of the sheets smelled very dingy. The doors are locked up at nighttime so it can also be inconvenient to get into the hotel

The room were clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Great value for the money if you need extended stay accommodations. I didn't realize this was an extended stay hotel.

Location was pretty good.

Front desk hours were very limited. Attempted to get clean towels and was hung up on. Toilet paper is terrible. Bathroom sink did not drain, unclogged hair ect myself to help. Kids found beer bottle tops under beds

Do NOT waste your money!

Not much honestly. The first problem was I was charged almost $500 for two nights and the rates on the website was $139 per night. The desk clerks explanation was I pre booked???? I was basically penalized for PRE BOOKING!! I found out later in the trip that someone who stays there as an extended stay customer pays $600 for the entire week. Tv didnt work and kept going in and out. The noise of others guests was ridiculous. Literally until 1-2am. It was obvious people were smoking weed everywhere because the smells in the hallway was atrocious.

Very minimal room - nice staff - but hotel not for us

Please note - this hotel is more of an extended stay hotel and set up for very minimal needs - room is spartan with no decor and one lamp with the bed shoved up near the wall. Probably would work for single person needing a space but we didn't want to pay $5.00 a day for a coffee pot and no carpet.

The front desk staff gave us an immediate refund when we indicated we didn't want the room after checking in. - a very nice and competent gentleman. Just not right for us.

This place was horrible, dirty, the door barely worked. Someone has stolen the coffee pot. The towels or thin and small we only had half a roll of toilet paper. I checked out early but I'm still waiting on a refund because they kept saying they had to speak with their manager. Do not do it there are many better places than this I came in from out of town and was disgusted. This is a place for crackheads.

Great value on the edge of Knoxville.

Great rooms. Kitchen was nice. Very clean. Beds were servicable. Good location and quiet. Gym had a water bottle filler.

No coffee or coffee machine in kitchen. No ice tray and ice makers are disabled in the room kitchens. TVs are old and remotes have issues. Stayed here twice and same issue with TV.

Dirty rugs in elevators. Dirty floors in hallways. Never able to talk to anyone at front desk especially when you call from an outside line, it automatically connects you with choice hotels and you can’t talk to anyone that works at the property. No breakfast.

The gentleman upfront when I checked it was so friendly and helpful and even wished us well with our son’s surgery.

It was nice and close to children’s hospital. Our son was having a procedure the next morning.

We booked 2 rooms, 1 was supposed to have 2 queens and they didn’t have one for us. There was a horrible smell like a bad perm throughout the whole place. The first room we got smelt so bad our eyes were burning. They didn’t want to give a new room but finally did and didn’t even act like they were going to check out the burning smell. The staff was very rude. The other room and the new room smelt like the rest of the hotel. Will not return and will not recommend to any family members visiting our family in Knoxville

No COKE in the machine... PAY DAY would not drop... Laminate floors... No coffe pot in room... NO KLEENEX.!!. Lots of noise above room until manager had them stop. No dishes. The refrigerator made a loud sound whenever it started.
