Not bad for the money.

Perfect location, we have a well-equipped room with kitchenette. Comfy bed, clean bedsheets and towels.

There was black mold stain on bathroom wall thus the entire room smelled of mold. Bathtub looked never being scrubbed. Hallway carpet was dirty and in desperate need of vacuuming.

Love how comfortable the bed was

It was dirty as we walked on the side end of the building. Door didn’t lock as we entered from the side of the building. Carpet was dirty going up the stairs and the carpet in the room . Walls need some scrubbing. As we entered the room there was a nasty odor in there . The bathroom needs scrubbing there’s what looks to be mold growing around the bathtub and the tub itself was dirty! This was our first and last time staying with this hotel . I definitely don’t recommend it

Place was good for what we paid, but definitely needs an update.

The room was gross. Mold all over the bathtub, and the air conditioner. Kitchen floor had dust and crumbs everywhere. The bathroom counters had dust and crumbs everywhere. Broken hooks, and toilet seat. It seemed like people were living there. Didn’t get maid service or a cleaning the 4 nights we were there.

After driving all day and after making reservations in advance. I was finally able to at least get a room.

The layout of the suite was well thought out.

Hairs all over the toilet seat. Hairs on the blanket. Promised to get a new blanket, did not. A bugger on the coffee pot. Food drippings on furniture. Not clean! Mold in first room before we asked to move.

This place is a dog hotel.

No breakfast.

This was a disgusting dog hotel. The room was covered in dog hair. All over the couch, the carpet, the pillows, even the sheets in the bed! We asked for another room but was told there were none available. So, we got replacement pillows, sheets and asked for the vacuum so we could at least clean the floors. There was lipstick on the glasses in the cabinets---obviously not washed. The whole place smelled just like a smelly dog--- the hallways included. Never would we stay here again. Would have gone to another hotel if we could have found one available. Unfortunately, it was memorial day weekend. They said their head maid had quit a week before. Poor excuse. Looks like people live here. Lots of people carrying in groceries and doing loads of laundry. Pictures on the website are deceiving.

Not really handicapped accessible

Mostly well done accessible bathroom. Decent fridge. All comments, good and bad, are about the handicapped accessibility of the room.

The room was not very handicap friendly. The bed was way too high and there are no roll aways. Recliner requires use of legs to lower foot rest. Bathroom threshold not wheelchair friendly. Poorly thought out and appointed room for the handicapped. Also, there was a dental flosser in the corner of the bathroom from previous tenant.

No breakfast..Room very expensive for what you get..hard to get to location. No covered awning to enter under when raining..Parking lot had standing water. Very disappointing!
