My stay was ok but the TV didn't work but I didn't mind bc we got there so late that we just went to sleep. They didn't have any extra pillows even though I asked for them when I booked the room. Also when I 1st got there the computer was down but it was fixed after about 5 minutes. They also charge 25$ extra for my dog but that was the cheapest I could find for my dog. All together it was an ok stay & I would stay there again

I just recently stayed at the Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham and I usually don’t do reviews but I had to do this one. While everything went smoothly checking in and it’s great that it’s by the highway but if you don’t like bugs then don’t stay here. FIRST day of checking in there was a BUG on the lampshade on the side of the bed I was sleeping on. If the light wasn’t on then I wouldn’t have seen it, next two days I found a ROACH on my air conditioner unit and a BABY ROACH in the bathroom. Even though I took pictures and brought it to the staff’s attention they seem to didn’t care. They came up with every excuse on why the bugs were there and WOULD NOT knock anything off my bill for it. They claimed since I was already getting a low, low, low rate it wouldn’t have made no difference. Then when I asked could I add my AAA card to my bill they CLAIMED that would make my bill increase. The manager was NEVER available when I asked for them or so they said. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to rectify the situation. Then the so-called breakfast they have is a joke. Nothing but breakfast snacks and a waffle iron. No kind of eggs or meat whatsoever. No bagels, NOTHING. Then the guy that take cares of the breakfast area scolded me for filling up a coke bottle of orange juice and a coffee cup with Orange juice because I wanted the take the OJ with me and didn’t want it to spill and have some OJ in my room for later. But a guy asked could he take some syrup with him and he was perfectly fine with him filling up the coffee cup. When I asked him why he let him do that and got mad at me its because I filled the coke bottle up but I told him “I’m paying for this breakfast.” And he told me “No I’m not paying for it. It’s complimentary.” Which it’s not because I’m paying to stay at that hotel so I’m paying for that so-called breakfast. Although my bed sheets where changed everyday the staff didn’t fully clean the room. There was some stuff that I did that when I came back it was still there. Although this place did provide me a place to lay my head I can’t say if I’ll go back especially with the bugs situation and from reading the other reviews it does not seem like I’m the only one that experienced the bug problem.
