    Great hotel chain… Never disappoints.. clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, free breakfast and evening cocktail/appetizer hour….who could possibly complain?

    Stayed here for 8 nights. Room was very spacious, great bed, quiet and overall really comfortable. Nice shower room although water pressure low. The included breakfast is always the same - sausages and biscuits, home fries, and overcooked scrambled eggs. It’s all edible but not great quality. The breads, coffee, juices etc are all mass produced processed offerings. The “kick back” food and drinks in the evening are really not great. It’s all free but tbh the quality is pretty awful. The American guests seemed to enjoy it though as it was free perhaps. We’d stay here again, for the comfy bed and wonderful staff.
