This place is the worst. The linens were full of holes and they were old and worn. The room was dirty and you could see light all around the door. The service was horrible and the staff acted indifferently. I will never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

The front desk person was rude checking me in, then told me even though I booked a king size bed the only room available was one with 2 single beds (I was sharing a bed with a my girlfriend so that was uncomfortable to sleep on), the comforter would be better off as a curtain it was so thin and uncomfortable. The room was dirty also.

Not a dang thing, I come in my towel. I had stains on it look like it might even invent some blood on dirt is roaches in my bed sheet my bedspread had cigarette burning holes in it, and then I got roaches above me doing the Michael Jackson moonwalk and telling me to beat it

This was by far the most disappointing, disgusting, filthy, nasty, gross room I've ever had to stay at for even a short period of time....i payed $75 but the roaches were free...thank goodness I've never been in a situation like this before..the roaches were by the dozens and I was dropped off so I could not leave until morning...the girl at desk said i was lying because they had pest control last week...thats one of the biggest lies ever...hotels.com made me take pictures but by morning the roaches went back into hiding...I'm traumatized and the front desk refused a refund and hotels.com did not give me a refund ...I cant imagine a grosser situation. A motel in business just for the sake of money and nothing else....would not have imagined a motel so nasty listed on ] hotels.com!!!!!. I sent photos WITH AN EMAIL LINK YOU SENT TO ME.

We only needed this as a rest stop for our trip so we choose it based on price, location, and the fact it advertised a free continental breakfast. When we went to the lobby to have breakfast before continuing our travels there was nothing there. We asked the person at the desk what time the breakfast was available. We were told with a smile that it would have been available at the time we showed up but they weren't offering it.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, bedsheets were clean and the shower pressure was good. The shower rack seemed ready to fall off the wall, The bed covering had 6 holes from cigarrete burns. The ceiling had a large bubble, ready to fall down from a water leak. The bottom of the front door had a large gap which allowed bugs to enter. The rooms have no sound proofing so you hear all traffic and talking noises from outside.

Booked this for my father & he said he didn’t feel safe and it was very unclean & uncomfortable. He ended up having late check in and left early due to these conditions. The smoke detector wouldn’t stop beeping all night either. I believe in second chances and haven’t stayed myself but always would trust his judgment.

We waited for 15min in lobby to check in. We had to call and knock on adjoining apartment door to get someone to come and check us in. We were super tired after being on the road all day! Our room smelled like weed, it was grimy, the towels were dirty. I would suggest trying a different hotel.
