It was managable but not great.

It was clean and a great location. The staff was wonderful and helpful. I stayed 3 nights and all the staff I encountered were great and courteous.

The double bed room only had 1 side table that had 2 outlets of which only one worked. There was a table and couch right where the window shade control was. The was no Microwave! I mistakenly thought in 2026 all rooms in an expectedly nice hotel would have a microwave. Not the case! Room size was smaller than usual.

Clean location, safe parking, kind staff. Perfect way to have a hotel right near a highway! Provided exactly what we needed on our trip!

Loved our stay and will return on my next visit to Knoxville.

I like the modern decor and layout in the rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the pool was nice and was well-stocked with pool toys for kids and the outdoor area (fire pit and lounge area) was well thought out.

I wish breakfast was included.

The bathroom door didn’t offer a lot of privacy. The floors were very slick, my fiancé and I almost fell twice each.

Location was great. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and very fast and prompt.

My only complaint would be the morning of checkout the housecleaning staff opened the door without knocking only to realize i still had the room occupied. No apology or courtesy knock.

Great front staff, excellent location, but needs cleaning staff terribly bad.

The front staff and facility was amazing the cleanliness was off. The cleaning staff was arguing in the hall about their job, and the hallway never vacuumed our room needed swept terribly and the same 5 dirty wine glasses stayed outside the room adjacent to ours throughout out 3 day stay. The hotel is new and nice but they need cleaning staff terribly bad. I do want to say again that the front staff was very polite, and if they had a cleaning crew this hotel would get a 10 from me!

Worn out, odd detour, VERY POOR SIGNAGE AT ENTRY WAY - COSING US TO HAVE TO GET BACK ON THE INTERSTATE AND LOOP AROUND DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. ONE CARD READER DOWN AT FRONT DESK, CAUSING a delay for 3 different couples trying check in. Just a neglected property and different that the other Alofts we’ve stayed in. Probably will not use Aloft again and warn others to beware.

Handful of hair on bathroom floor, bettle crawling on bathroom floor, sink water pressure was very light, faucet on sink not extended enough over bowl therefore water would spill behind sink to floor where outlet and power cords were located.

Short bed sheets, short shower curtain letting water make bathroom floor slippery. Sticky floors in sink area (cleaning chemicals not rinsed?) And $12 (!!) for yogurt and fruit when every other hotel we stay in between MD and AR includes free hot breakfast.

Crazy as it sounds, the main reason I booked this hotel over other options is because the sink area is outside the bathroom. That way someone can be getting ready while another person is in the shower.

Turn in is kind of tricky. Missed it because it’s up on the hill and the sign down by the road is small. Had to go down and make a u turn and come back.

The shower was EXCEPTIONAL. Everything as a whole was excellent

Property needs another firepit. 1 group took up the whole thing for more than 2hrs & well after midnight. Inconvenience for others looking to use this feature also.

The location was perfect for us. They had a nice use of space in the common areas, cleanliness, staff, and grounds were nice.

Disregard with little wall coverings the level of noise that makes it into your room is way above average. The hotel was largely empty but we still had a lot of road and highway noise. They do provide earplugs and white noise machines but this is signs that they know it’s loud but aren’t taking any steps to fix the loud holistically. Also, as modern as this hotel was, it had an old and busted coin operated washer and drier.
