Just a stark reminder as to why I’m not coming back to Knoxville for any reason

The two front desk workers that I interacted with were wonderful

When I checked into my room, I walked into a room that was set to have the AC set from auto and set to 60°. It was freezing in my room after being in a 90° car all day that was very dissatisfying. Nice hot bath was disturbed by the roaring echoes of the highway because I was put on the backside of the hotel and the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab so I slept on the couch for my day with no blanket because there was no spare blanket for the couch in the room

Fantastic place for extended stays. Not so great for light sleepers.

Having the kitchenette was a life-saver (I need strict control of my diet and prefer to cook for myself)!

Noise from nearby highway made sleep difficult for me, as I have a hard time going back to sleep if awoken in the middle of the night.

The building was great. Free Laundry and gym are a plus. comfortable bed. clean linens. Hot shower.

The hotel is directly next to a major highway. I could not sleep a wink iCan, hear every single car that passed by on the highway. maybe the owner of the building should have invested in better insulation for the walls and windows to reduce the sound of the noisy Highway.

The front desk was super nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Rooms were super clean and very comfy. Great prices too.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking was limited and they didn't have extra sheet sets for the sofa bed. They did however provide them when asked.

I loved the property and the view we had from our room.

I felt like for it to be a Suite the couch and the bed were both very uncomfortable; like they were worn out and needed to be replaced. The other thing was for it to be a Suite the shower was extremely small.
