Breakfast not good and clerks rude

I liked how comfortable the beds were and the location of the property.

The front desk clerks were rude, nosey, and condescending! The tub did not drain properly (room 104), the heat did not work that well, and the bed closest to the window squeaked way too much just from sitting down and trying to get comfortable! Also, the breakfast was NOT THAT GOOD!!!

Kimmy at front desk very professional, rooms are modern, better than Hampton Inn and $30 night cheaper. Stay at Tampa Sleep Inn when in business there, also excellent. Breakfast was great and housekeeping perfect. Location, on 40 and street that has any restaurant you can think of.

Terrible stay if I could rate this hotel a ZERO I would happily do so. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Nothing there was an ongoing plumbing issue that I as a resident of the hotel wasn’t aware of and had to adjust to not having water for two days of my stay!!

The ongoing plumbing issue causing me to not have water for over 5-6 hours on two separate days, the loud staff in the morning arguing back and forth from 6-8 am, the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff, the vending machine having only one option for drinks which is Pepsi for 2 dollars cash only despite them not having water in the hotel. The entire hotel looks unclean and so was my room. The bedsheets were ripped when I first came here until I asked for room service again to come and clean my room!

It was simply dirty. The hotel stunk, the sheets had blood on them along with hair. AC in the room didn’t work no matter what we did. This hotel was so bad we checked out in the middle of the night.

Everything. Check in was easy and the clerk was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Nice shower. Breakfast was good with nice selection.

We booked for 2 nights. We left a tip for housecleaning. When we returned after 3 pm on our first day there our room keys didn’t work. We had to go back down stairs to get our keys to work. When we got into our rooms they had not been cleaned. No clean towels or anything. Needless to say I put the tip back into my purse.

It was pretty clean, when we first went in the room it smelled like urine, but i think it was due to them keeping the temp to high in the room.

The room smelled horrible. I had to go purchase air freshener. The cabinet was broken and they had a piece of paper wadded up to keep the door closed. The AC unit doesn’t work and hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel probably opened. When we arrived there was a huge crowd of men drinking in the parking lot being loud and out of line to us walking by. I wasn’t comfortable leaving my belongings locked in my van. There was another lady ahead of me in line fighting with the attendant as she booked a room and then was told there dog wasn’t allowed.

Blessed.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Location was very convenient especially with Daddy Macs, Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Dougnuts, and so much more so close. Landscaping was being done out front and looked amazing by end of stay.

Refill coffee packs in room each day. Pool wasnt open, was planning to swim anyways. Not much to complain about here IMO. Was a wonderful stay.
