Lochs Lodge, Glenlyon, Perthshire

A beautiful lodge in a stunning location. Everything we needed was provided. Clean house, comfortable beds, and child friendly. Wendy was a great help and attended to what we needed straight away. The perfect place for a large family. A home away from home. Great walks in the area. Perfect for bike riding and some fantastic places for fishing. The lodge gave us all the information we needed to obtain a fishing licence so the process was smooth and easy. Staff at Glen Lyon Tea room close to the lodge were very helpful in regards to the best places to fish as well as providing the most delicious meals and traybakes. We highly recommend staying here. We've returned home relaxed and rejuvenated.

Quite a distance from shops for groceries so one needs to be very well organised and prepared for staying here.

Excellent large self catering holiday home for a large group. Beautiful fairly remote location, with amazing views from every window. Grounds are beautiful also. Close to lots of hillwalking opportunities. Excellent spaces inside for a large group. Huge dining table, comfortable lounge, snug and games room. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment, made it very easy to cook for 15. Wouldn't hesitate tp recommend.

Sometimes the hot water ran out for a bit, but there were a lot of us. We had a great stay, thank you!

The location. Warmth. Size.

The house was great for a group of friends who were celebrating some big birthdays. Both the living room and dining room were spacious, the house is well equipped and bedrooms are all very comfortable. We all like hill walking, and the location was great for this. The views from the house are stunning and there was an efficient drying room for the end of the day!
