Good first impression. Well situated in very scenic area. Friendly staff. Great sauna. Overall we did enjoy our break and would return to alternative accommodation.
Needs a bit TLC. Lots of niggles that you are probably aware of. For example...Broken tiles in bathroom, heavily marked kitchen floor. TV signal poor..reported/no one appeared. TV too small. Apart from a small towel rail there was nowhere to hang towels/bathrobes in bathroom ..most ended on the floor. Access headroom on stairs to bedroom dangerous. Storage in kitchen poor...Hope that's helpful.

Great location, lovely staff.
Some areas a little worn, eg the tiles in the bathrooms which then meant that the bathroom floors were not as clean as they could be - i.e collections of dust around the broken tiles. Not as luxurious as other properties on the same site - have previously stayed in the gallops, which is much nicer. The price suggested a luxury accommodation, which was not the case.

Would have been good if our accommodation had an enclosed area as we had our dog and it’s a wide open shared courtyard which is all very close to others accommodation.
