Ok, because of location.

Location and the apartment has what is needed.

There was no toilet paper and the handsoap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The entry rug is dirty and has dog hair on it. We were promised toiilet paper twice and it's not been delivered.

Interesting

The best thing is the location, it is really close to the city center and also to the lake pedestrian zone. The apartment is spacious, with everything of the furniture needed. It has parking inside of the garage but always contact the host before trip because sometimes there is no space and you have to park on the street. So parking is not guaranteed.

The internet is really slow, my plan was to work remotely for couple of days but it was almost impossible. Also you can’t watch any movies online because of really poor speed of 30-35 mbps. I don’t know if this is the problem for whole town or only in this apartment, but it definitely should be improved. Cleanliness also could be improved since now it wasn’t so much clean.

Beautiful, clean, modern, large and spacious apartment at a great price. The kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommended. There's an elevator and a private parking garage in the building.

Even | though we booked the apartment at 8:30 PM, we had to wait 50 minutes for the owner to finish cleaning the apartment, which is unacceptable.

The apartment is modern and shines with its beauty. Conveniently located, having supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and the lake itself, all within 5 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cooking kitchenware. Free car park as well. The host is very professional, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

La ubicación fue lo único bueno

Para empezar el piso olía fatal, estaba sucio, las toallas estaban sucias dentro de la lavadora, no hizo cambio de sábanas de los huéspedes anteriores, tuvimos que lavar todo y secar con la plancha. La cama estaba llena de pelos y olía mal, el inodoro estaba todo sucio…, perdimos toda la tarde porque tuvimos que salir a comprar productos de limpieza y limpiar la casa. Le pedimos toallas limpias, me dijo que iba a traer a las 17:00 y a las 21:00 me avisa que no tenia, en los 2 días que tuvimos nunca trajo toallas y nos compramos nosotros. No lo recomiendo para nada

ハウスキーピングの問題であるとの認識ですが、下記はNGでした・テレビリモコンの電池が入っていない(電池を持っていくと提案されましたが一晩でしたし、エアコンリモコンから重用し不要としました) ・2つ箇所の照明LEDが点灯せず(部屋の変更を提案されましたが一晩だったので不要としました) ・シャワー室に清掃用具が置かれたままでした・洗濯機の中にはたくさんのタオルが投げ込まれたままになっていましたホストには上記状況は報告済みですので、今後は改善されると期待しています

Parcheggio che era incluso lho abbiamo trovato occupato e poi abbiamo avuto problemi con vicini proprietario ha trascurato questo problema ed era avvisato , una cosa incredibile abbiamo avuto solo un asciugamano a testa per tutto periodo e poi detersivo per le mani era vuoto, comunque si sente odore delle cigarete quando si entra nel appartamento

Hygiëne, kamer was haastig schoongemaakt. Schoonmaakspullen en vuile wasgoed was aanwezig in de wasmachine en in een zak in de kast. Stof en kruimels aanwezig op en onder de slaapbank. Onvoldoende badlakens, geen badmat, geen handzeep op de badkamer, kleine wasrek, geen strijkplank aanwezig, geen airco op de slaapkamer.

Merhaba arkadaşlar öncelikle şunu söyleyim ev de sıcak su yok, duş almayı düşünüyorsanız ki en insani ihtiyaç bu ama bu ev de umduğunuzu bulamazsınız. Ayrıca yastıklarda yastık yüzü yok ve kokuyor. Havlu desen o da yok. Evin camlarında sineklik yok. Biz gelmeden önce bütün camları açmışlar eve sivrisinekler dolmuş bu durumu ilettiğimiz zaman camları kapatın dediler. Sıcak su için de kimseye ulaşamadık. Ev sanki uzun zamandır temizlenmiyor her yer toz ve lekeli. Evin sadece konumu iyi başka bir avantajı yok. Sabaha kadar da yan daireden gelen sesler yüzünden uyuyamadık. Sabah çıkarken de anahtarı bırakacak yer ve muhattap bile bulamadık
