Highly recommended stay for Ohrid!

Meli's apartment is a perfect place to stay in Ohrid. The location is very convenient, in a very nice street with everything in walking distance. And with amazing views over the lake and the city from the balcony! The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with all facilities there. Meli and her husband were very kind and helpful as well. So when travelling to Ohrid as a couple or family, i would definitely recommend staying at Meli's place!

Get the full Ohrid experience

The host of this house Melina is nothing but accomodating. This property is the upstairs of a house. There is a sliding door from the stairs case that seperate the top to the bottom. It’s not a seperate apartment as such however you still feel very private as the entire upstairs area is for yourselves. Melina assist with all your needs and is nothing but helpful and friendly. The property is very clean and the kitchen has most basic needs that you need. I chose this place for the view and it did not disappoint. It’s beautiful. There is a small table to enjoy outside which we used always to soak up that view. You are close to the main square about a 10 min walk and the 5 min walk to lake for swimming. Bear in mind due to being on a hill it’s great going down but it’s a climb trecking up if you have difficulty walking it may be a struggle. I would stay here again. Thank you so much we loved our stay.

The only thing is it gets hot, this place has no air conditioning, and even though you get the breeze from the lake we didn’t want to sleep with the windows open, so can get hot. Fans would be a great added provision. Other then that no complaints.

Amazing location, welcoming host, beautiful apartment!

Meli Apartment is easy to reach, offers free parking and has an amazing host. The host made us coffee when we arrived and gave us all the instructions and recommendations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, offered everything we needed for our stay. The location is amazing, you can reach the city center or nearby beach on foot in a few minutes. Will definitely book again when in Ohrid!

Amazing hosts! Fantastic location!

Melina and Viktor are lovely people and great hosts. Melina is a kind, warm, friendly person who was very welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay. She makes sure you are happy and have everything you need. The apartment is bright, spacious and clean and is in a fantastic location. It is in the heart of the old town and features tremendous views of the lake. We hope to make a return to Meli Apartment someday in the future. Thank you for making our stay so special! :)

The site is central and silent!

The Location was excellent, total central to all sights, stores, restorants and to beach too. Extreamly kindly was our host Melina. She showed us personal all important Points in the old town and recommended us one serious and competent Tourist guide Miso. Special amiable was served hers obligatory daily coffee in the afternoon acompanied with humorous "parliament" talks!

For us all was perfect!

Apartament czysty z widokiem na jezioro duży wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty w apartamencie. Blisko do centrum bardzo dobra lokalizacja miejsce parkingowe oddalone od apartamentu nie stanowiło problemu właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni na pewno wrócimy zdecydowanie polecam 🙂

Der Aufenthalt in Ohrid bei MeliApartment war wunderschön, dank den freundlichen Leuten Melina u Vik

Kein Frühstück, dennoch problemlos. Die Lage war fantastisch, inmitten der Altstadt an historisch-kultureller Lage mit Blick auf den herrlichen Ohrid-See. In Kurzdistanz zu den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Kirchen, alten vornehmen Häusern, Denkmälern, Plätzen; nahe am Port für Schifffahrt und Shopping. Frau Melina und Herr Viktor waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und dienten uns mit Ratschlägen zu weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Bitte übermitteln Sie unsere herzlichen Grüsse an die beiden lieben Leute.
