Fantastic Apartment with Stunning Views

Couldn't have wished for a better apartment, it definitely exceeded expectations! The amazing view of the lake, mountains and old town really made our holiday and we would not hesitate in booking again. Communication was very good with the owner who came and met us to find the apartment in the maze of streets around Ohrid! There is a free designated parking space right outside so ideal if you are hiring a car. The apartment itself is roomy with a double bed which has a very comfy mattress. Linen was changed halfway through our stay which was much appreciated. There is a kitchen area with hob, kettle and sink; plenty of crockery, cutlery and saucepans available plus a large fridge freezer so great for self catering. The bathroom has a shower with hot water always available although it it quite narrow so may not be accessible for all. The apartment is all one level with a few low steps outside. The street itself is cobbled and the area is quite steep. Location is perfect, in the heart of the old town with most sights and amenities very close by. Ohrid itself has everything you could need including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cash machines, shops etc a very short walk away. The view is stunning and the balcony is roomy allowing for you to relax and unwind. All in all a great apartment, good value and centrally located.

Nothing we didn't like, the apartment is on a fairly steep hill so could be a problem for those with mobility or access issues.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful view of the lake!! We truly couldn't imagine a more beautiful view of the lake. It was very clean and comfortable as well. It's a great location, in a quiet street in Old Town, although there are lots of stairs so be prepared for that. The host was really responsive and brought us a blanket when we asked, since there wasn't one already in the room and we like to sleep with one.

The host gave us a ride to and from the bus station, which was really convenient. However we didn't like that he charged extra--500 denars each way, when the normal price is about 200-300 denars. The kitchen isn't the best stocked for cooking, but it's very clean and has dishes and cutlery.

Absolutly superb and we have already enquired about booking again.

The location in the old town was perfect, the view was amazing. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and smelled lovely. It was very spacious with clearly a lot of effort gone into the presentation of the apartment. Absolutely everything was already catered for, from spare towels, slippers, shower gel, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea, umbrella, hairdryer and spare bedding, to pots, pans and utensils. The care from start to finish was just excellent, even ordering us a taxi to get back to the airport.

Great location and wonderful place to stay in the old Town. The host was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The best part was the view from the balcony facing the beautiful Ohrid Lake. I would definitely recommend this place 👌
