Wonderful Place

The location is very good. Apartment is located in the old town. Close to the entrance. There is a parking space in front of the building. Very well equipped. The host is very polite. There is a market nearby. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Excellent location! Studio has all you need, hosts are friendly, parking is a bit tricky if you have a big car, but manageable. The area around the studio was breathtaking, highly recommend staying here!

Reconsider staying here.

The location was great and the apartment provided a car spot as well which was convenient.

The owner of the apartment knocked on our door at 10pm and we received multiple phone calls that they needed to take payment at that time for the apartment. They said we had no choice but to pay cash when that was not communicated prior. When we didn’t have the cash ready as it was 10pm, the man told us that we needed to walk to the atm with him. We felt very uncomfortable as it was very late and walking to the ATM was inappropriate. We were on the phone to the manager of the Airbnb and whilst she provided some explanation, we still felt it was extremely inappropriate to be called in on at 10pm, and demanded to provide our passports and visit a nearby ATM with a random middle aged man who did not speak any english. Whilst we had somewhat positive reviews of the Airbnb prior, this experience really tainted our impression of the property and its management. The sofa bed is not actually a bed at all. It should not be advertised as an apartment for more than 2 people.

People were smoking on the balcony next door, and all the smoke was coming into our room. The smell was noticeable in the room even with the balcony door closed.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Ohrid.

Best view of lake and mountains. Free private parking spot in apartment area. Small kitchen and all required utensils.

Lovely apartment with beautiful view in Ohrid with an exceptionally nice host!

The host was exceptionally nice and helpful in helping us with our trip to Tirana from Ohrid. View was wonderful and the location is also ideal.

The location is absolutely fantastic and the appartment itself is simply gorgeous. It has everything we need, it was clean and easy access. The host is very kind, thoughtful and helpful. Simply put; perfect for a lovely stay in Ohrid. We wish we would have booked for more days.

The family running the business is super nice! We had a problem with our next hotel and they helped us with everything and even gave us a ride to the bus station early in the morning. The apartment is very nice with a balcony overlooking the lake!

Everything was perfect. The house is located in a tranquil place in the historical part of the town with nice views from the balcony (you can see the castle, the church, partly also the lake). The studio is clean and elegant. The host is friendly and helpful. Ochrid itself is really worth seeing!

It may be a problem for older persons considering the hill you must conquer when returning from restaurants by the lakeside. But that was not my case.
