Хигијена је на добро нивоу, све је близу јер је локација у срцу старог града, близу је Самуилова тврђава, црква Свети Јован Канео, као и плажа Канео, центар града је близу.
Постоји паркинг за више возила, власник је био отворен за сарадњу.
Пошто је стари град у брду, приликом повратка у смештај има мало више узбрдице.

Nice hosts, helpful, the location is well located near amphiteatre and fortress. Clean, simple, with parking place. They have a restaurant in town with good food and proper quality - price raport. Recommend.

De accommodatie is gelegen in het oude centrum met mooi uitzicht op het amfitheater. Je kunt de auto pal voor de deur parkeren. Enkel inwoners of mensen die een accommodatie huren kunnen de oude stad in. Je krijgt van de eigenaar een pasje voor de slagboom. Restaurants zijn op loopafstand; hou wel rekening met een steile helling. Ook beschikt de accommodatie over een balkon waarop je kleding kunt laten drogen. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk. Voor twee personen is het prima, vier personen kan eigenlijk niet.
De badkamer is heel erg klein. Je kunt niet fijn douchen en maakt de hele wc nat; een douchegordijn zou hier al flink helpen, maar deze is niet aanwezig. Doordat je alles nat maakt, wordt ook het matje op de grond nat, waardoor je vervolgens altijd natte voeten krijgt als je de badkamer in gaat. De accommodatie beschikt niet over een smarttv.
