Communicative host who replied promptly whenever contacted.
The location was good and the number of bedrooms was ideal.
Ample towels, constant hot water, comfy beds and ideal parking directly opposite as we had 3 cars between us.
The air fryer, cooker front, some pans, crockery, cutlery and cookware required washing before use.
There was insufficient cutlery, mugs and dining chairs for 10 people.
There were not enough toilet rolls for 10 people, we had to buy more on day 2 of 4.

Large property which was very comfortable and clean. We were a party of 5 ladies on a walking trip up the coastal path and it was a really convenient location

Good location, a very short walk to an attractive bay/beach, and a modest walk to a small town centre with reasonable facilities. Adequate parking just yards from the front door and lots of space in the property with a well equiped kitchen.
There was a constant problem in connecting to the property wi-fi signal. which made it impossible to use either my, or my partner's, tablet. The owner was contacted but was unable to remedy the problem.

Close to the beach and local facilities.
Horrible smell when we arrived. On investigation realised the mop was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Had to bleach it and mop the floor again to get rid and of the smell.
House is damp downstairs.
Bedroom downstairs smells very damp due to small cupboard.
Cold tap did not work on downstairs shower so only 1 shower and a bath for 8 people.
Cooking frying pans very worn and need replacing.
House is very basic and run down in areas but did have everything we needed.
