Great Staff. Need more improvements.

The Location The Staff Quite

The Air condition isn’t cooled enough and it is flowing from the floor. The Air Condition filed for one night and we slept in a hot weather that night. After raining night, the electricity filled down in the neighborhood and we slept in a hot weather without backup generator.

Excellent stay and staff was very friendly and helpful. They even showed as a bus stop where we could go back to Pristina. Excellent rakija also 😋.

The A/C is not cold. The room is too small the bed not comfortable. The breakfast is limited only eggs,cheese, and coffee.

The service was above and beyond my expectations. They were always happy to help, even helped with fixing a flat tyre. The English is a bit limited, but usually it works. The breakfast is made fresh upon request, it's not a buffet. The room was new, the bed comfortable and had everything I needed. The AC was working good enough and was very calm.

There was some noise from the street, the fridge was a noisy and the curtains leave too much light through. Some space in the bathroom and the shower to place personal items would be nice.

The men who run the place were so kind and helpful. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, served with a smile. The room was cleaned and serviced daily by a very nice woman.

The neighbors in the apartment next to our room were quite noisy. The proprietor of Hotel Credo immediately went over ti quiet them and made sure they were quiet the second night. Excellent service by Hotel Credo! The water was not always hot.

A beautiful,relaxing getaway in one of the best hotels in Prizren

Everything was perfect. Starting from our arrival the staff came helped us with our bags and welcome us warmly. They asked us if we would like to see the room first and then decide if we like it or jot which is the very first time we experienced this nice question. The room was spacious more than enough for a couple . The room was clean it had everything someone needed. The staff was very kind and told us to tell them if we had any questions or we needed something from the hotel. Inside the room we had free coffe and tea ,we had a mini fridge with snacks inside and the price were very reasonable. They came to clean the room after our 1st night there and they refilled them with coffe again and other bathroom supplies. The room had a small balcony and nice view . The breakfast was traditional with the fried egg and other vegetables on the plate . The staff was very helpful always asking if we needed something and they provided with helpful information such as we could take things from the Market near the hotel and until what time is open . I really could go on and on , on how much I enjoyed my stay . Completely worth the money. If I ever go back to Prizren they will be my first choice . Ps: the hotel had a very good location as well .
