Had all the kit we required and it was as we expected from the description provided. Our host provided plenty of extras- cake biscuits bottled water and port! Close enough to shops and supermarkets and cafes etc around Gaia
There was no way of using the tv( but we didn’t want it anyway apart from the occasional catch up on the news and we could do and did- use our phones)
The location is a bit more of a walk from the centre than anticipated- due to the hills

Entrada y salida flexible, con muchas facilidades por los propietarios, muy de agradecer.
Ropa de cama y toallas geniales.
Barrio muy tranquilo y facil de llegar a zonas turisticas.
Bienvenida.
Enseres de cocina muy justos para cocinar y solo éramos tres.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no fue posible arreglarlo durante nuestra estancia.
