The owner, Florbela, is very kind and friendly. She told us in advance about an upcoming public transit strike and offered to accept flexible changes to our booking for compensation. She met us in person in the apartment and showed us how to use all the equipment, like the stove, air conditioner, etc. The room has everything we need, clean and quiet. Especially the kitchen is very handy for us. Florbela provided us with very useful information about attractions and dining places in town. When we locked our luggage inside the room on our own fault, when we checked out, she went out of her way to come to the apartment and help us. The apartment itself gave me a unique feeling of nostalgia that I can relate to, which reminded me of how I may have grown up in my childhood in a similar environment.
