Beatriz was a great host. She was always available to answer all of our questions. The apartment was very nice but lacked a few things in the kitchen like spatulas, wooden cooking spoons, good cutting knives.
This place was quiet and very well located near the metro and bus services!

Great accommodation, spacious and well equipped EXEPCT the pillows they were horrible (cotton candy would have been better). Upon arrival we were greeted by Beatriz who could not have been more kind and helpful. The location itself was great. Close to a lidl for shopping and several restaurants plus close by was also a Metro station. However, the centre of Porto is not that far and we walked to all the main sights.
The only issue was that some of the other apartment users were not too considered. One person was watching TV at 2 am so loud it sounded as they were sitting in our living room and another had a party with party guest laughing and chating loudly in the hallway. Luckily we had ear plugs with us which allowed to to sleep regardless of the noise.
We had chosen the accommodation as we wanted a kitchen and while it was small. It had all what we needed. Thank you, Pause Apartments. We had a great time with you.
