C’était un très beau appartement, mais semble amortisé par la location de courte durée. En face du métro 👍, spacieux, belle terrasse, belles parties communes de l’immeuble.
Propreté très relative (miettes, poils). Chaise cassée sur la terrasse, pas de climatisation, pas de machine à laver. Communication très moyenne avec la proprio, peu aimable . Parking difficile à proximité. Prières islamiques audibles le soir.

Studio com boa estrutura , bem de frente tem estação de metro ao lado tem café e também tem mercado próximo.
Não teve nada que me desagradou, talvez no verão possa ser quente, já que não há ar condicionado.

The table and cabinets were all covered in dust, the sheets were covered in hair from the previous guest, the shower water was hot and cold, there was no air conditioning, I couldn't sleep, and the stay experience was uncomfortable
