Very good location, 20 min walk to railway station, 10 min walk to main bridge, 20 min walk to main downtown and old town, plenty of grocery stores around, district quite calm and nice. Reasonable pricing, spacious flat, perfect for a couple, a solo traveler or a family with one kid. Plenty of towels, bed linen, toiletries and good hot water. Welcome pack has few sugars, some olive oil and salt, as well as a bottle of wine - fair approach. Very very good wifi. Customer support is highly responsive, quick and efficient assistance.

Sound of the boiler is insane, it activated daily before night and I could not simply fall asleep. High time to check decalcination or change the entire system. Mold and fungi on the walls - crazy abnormal, unhealthy and should be restricted for alowing residents until the mold is completely removed. Smell from pipes - smth is really wrong going there, like a dead rat or fungi inside the sewage. Kitchenware and utensils are super cheap, not clean enough and quality is low. More cutlery, more knives, changes pots and frying pans. Overall cleaning is disturbing, i.e. I had to clean up the entire flat having received it from the cleaning service... BTW take a look under the mattresses - complete disaster. Before changing the sheets, clean up the permanent bed elements. Dirt inside the washing machine and dishwasher took me few hours to clean it up so I could simply use it without disguise. Purchase a proper vacuum cleaner, a mop and a broom, all you got there is outdated and inefficient. Lack of hangers for jackets, or a panel for shoes, or few more hangers in the bathroom. No AC. Check in - delayed. I had to wait ca 20 min until housekeepers finish the work and the floor gets dry. Check out - too strict. Penalty for a little later checkout? How about first deal with the work organization and timing? Give the guests some flexibility to finish the stay properly. Your company does not really invite to using your services any more... check about loyalty to customers... Cheers!
