The apartment was very conveniently located, no more than a 10 minute walk from nearly everything in Porto. Despite a very hot weekend, the aircon had no trouble keeping the apartment cool.
The only slight downside was a cafe on the ground floor of the building, which meant a bit of noise until about 23:00. Otherwise was very easy and convenient. The host was easy to reach and provided clear instructions on access to the property.

The apartment was above/adjacent to some type of nightclub and there was loud music at night. The Kitchen was poorly equiped/stocked - no coffee, tea or sugar . No windows in bedrooms which we did not notice in the pictures ... View outside the windows was slummy backyards of adjacent properties.
