Location, complete apartment. Nice to have the washer & dryer! Thank you for providing a few supplies to get us started.
The OVERWHELMING smell/odor from the cleaning supplies used. Actually caused nauseousness and headaches for the first three days of our visit. The shower was nice but no matter what we did the water leaked everywhere. A moveable glass extension would solve that issue.

The owner of the property helped us out as we had been let down by a previous property with another company Porto Oporto Wine cellars. They got everything ready and let us check in early which was really kind and helpful. There was also a problem with the outer door and we could not get in one night, so they came out and gave us a key. Really appreciated that. Also brought additional coat hangers as there were not enough. The bed was super comfortable and lovely soft pillows. The bathroom was also enough for our stay with no issues with the shower and was always hot.
It was on the ground floor and couldn't really let in natural light and air. The pictures on booking.com were nothing like where we stayed. It was ok, very basic but quite expensive as it was last minute and we had no choice. There was a really funny strong smell that we could not lose no matter what we tried, it was like paint or cleaning solution but was there for the whole 3 days. As this was arranged for us at last minute and it was late at night this had to be our accommodation.
