Nice apartment very clean and comfortable. Very good location.
Parking situation. The staircase to the property and even getting the front door open!

It was close to the sea and marina and it was quit good value
It was quite dirty, many dirt on the floor. There was very little equipment in the kitchen (no knifes to cut anything but bread, and the smallest pot was 5l big). The mattresses were a disaster with huge holes in them. The conections to city centre are poor, you have to walk quit steep uphill to get to some public transport.
