Checking in was a breeze and it was a relieve to not bother with the hassles of carrying keys around. The location was excellent and the apartment looked just as advertised, and it was spacious for our group of 5.
All in all a very good experience
The floors are terribly noisy and we felt sorry for those staying below us.

Property was well sized, suited our needs. Spacious kitchen and garden. Good location just off the centre of town with easy access.
Heavy traffic from the nearby hospital, and you can get locked out in the garden as the back door locks on closure. The neighbour helped us get back in, but apparently this is a recurring issue

Location was great for then Festival far enough out that it wasn’t loud but close enough so we could get into the party easily
Some of the fixtures and fitting were tight making it feel cheap. Also not sure if the bedroom glass sliding door should have been able to move or not would have made it quieter if we could close the door. Could do with more than one cup of coffee each.

The location was pretty good. Easy to find, directly on a bus route, and not far from attractions but not uncomfortably close either.
There were lots of signs of use & marks on the walls. The water-cooker was melted underneath. The water-heater was dripping & a sewage smell came out from beneath the sink. One of the chairs was no longer stable to sit in & the couch had seen better days. The bedroom sliding door & the bathroom door didn't really close without being rigged to stay closed.
