The place was clean and the main bedroom bed was pretty comfortable. There’s deep closet storage for luggage. The WiFi was strong enough too, and the kitchen was quite large for a smaller spot. There’s a bus stop across the street, and lots within walking distance.
The futon that folds down into a bed did not fold down flat as one side was broken, so my kids slept at an angle. There’s no all day/night street parking nearby, just 24hr garages.

The layout was perfect for two couples, living room was greatly equiped and balcony was a great plus
Upstairs wooden floor was super noisy when walking between the bedroom and bathroom

The location was pretty good. Easy to find, directly on a bus route, and not far from attractions but not uncomfortably close either.
There were lots of signs of use & marks on the walls. The water-cooker was melted underneath. The water-heater was dripping & a sewage smell came out from beneath the sink. One of the chairs was no longer stable to sit in & the couch had seen better days. The bedroom sliding door & the bathroom door didn't really close without being rigged to stay closed.
