Our stay at Impar Luxury Residence was excellent. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.
Overall, a great place to stay in Porto — we would definitely come back!
Wi-Fi connection in the bedroom was weak or unavailable, although it worked well in the main living areas.

The location of the property is really good - close to trains station, metro, major sights.
The staff were prompt - we communicated with them via WhatsApp.
The apartment is well equiped - we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast (toaster, kettle, coffee maker).
Also plenty of space to store clothes and baggages.
Due to its location, it can get noisy at night, but it is to be expected in the city center.
The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable - we knew this cold be a risk, but it's really hard to find something for 3 people without a sofa bed.
A very small thing that bothered us - the light in the bathroom is insufficient and there is no full-body mirror.

We traveled with our dog and had a great time in this apartment. The place is pet friendly, the staff is nice and helpful. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Location is perfect. Recommend to visit their restaurant downstairs, the food was very delicious, the staff is very friendly.
The only thing you need to keep in mind is stairs, no elevator.

The location of the apartment is great! Train, metro stations and bus stop are in walkable distance. The communication with the host was quick and detailed. There are multiple restaurants and cafes nearby.
There are multiple issues with the apartment.
1. It is well located but extremely noisy. We visited Porto in the middle of November and it was so noisy that I woke up around 1 am multiple times for noises. I can’t imagine how it will be during summer when there are many tourists.
2. There is no space to hang your coat/jacket. Everything needs to be kept inside the cupboard. Also, there was no shampoo provided. There was no space to connect the hair dryer in the bathroom, and to keep the cosmetics near the mirror. The space near bathroom mirror was dark, it was very difficult to see one’s face. No tea bags provided, only 2 coffee pods for 2 people and 2 nights.
3. There are uneven and dangerous corners everywhere in the apartment. The bedside tables are unstable and table lamps were kept dangerously, without enough space. Definitely not suitable for kids.
