Location was great - right in the heart of the action. It was a very spacious apartment and had lots of windows.

The apartment could use a refresh. The walls were not clean and the caulking around the tub and shower needed to be redone. The kitchen was very basic with very few cooking utensils, etc. Also the sound of people going up and down the stairs at night is quite loud.

The location in the city centre was very good. Communication with owner was good. The bed was comfortable. Everything we needed was in the apartment.

Bathroom seals on bath and shower need renewing. They were black. TV didn't work. Owner offered to come and change batteries in the remote but it wasn't worth it for our short stay. Several flights of stairs to third floor was a bit of a pain. Should have asked for lower floor when booking. I wouldn't refer to this as 'luxury accommodation'

The location of the apartment is great! Train, metro stations and bus stop are in walkable distance. The communication with the host was quick and detailed. There are multiple restaurants and cafes nearby.

There are multiple issues with the apartment. 1. It is well located but extremely noisy. We visited Porto in the middle of November and it was so noisy that I woke up around 1 am multiple times for noises. I can’t imagine how it will be during summer when there are many tourists. 2. There is no space to hang your coat/jacket. Everything needs to be kept inside the cupboard. Also, there was no shampoo provided. There was no space to connect the hair dryer in the bathroom, and to keep the cosmetics near the mirror. The space near bathroom mirror was dark, it was very difficult to see one’s face. No tea bags provided, only 2 coffee pods for 2 people and 2 nights. 3. There are uneven and dangerous corners everywhere in the apartment. The bedside tables are unstable and table lamps were kept dangerously, without enough space. Definitely not suitable for kids.
