Appartamento pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario.
In pieno centro, quindi vicino a tutto ciò che c’è da vedere anche raggiungendolo a piedi. Pieno di ristoranti e negozi.

Great Location, So many restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Riverwalk.
Could have provided some basic amenities like Coffee Pods, Tea bags, Sugar etc.

It was a little bit confusing how to access the key but we found it successfully in the end. The location was very good; quiet neighbourhood, convenient for sightseeing and close to Sao Bento Staion too (about 10 min walk?). The apartment had everything we needed including cutlery, cups, dishes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.
No problems but people who bring a large suitcase may need to be aware of the stairs from the front door to the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor (European way; the second floor in American way). No lift/elevator.

Great location
Very disappointed, poor sound proof, you can hear loud footsteps from upstair apartment, toilet flush. Our apartment floors was terrible, squeaking sound for every step, no bright lights
