Excelente ubicación, muy práctico el acceso y las indicaciones recibidas.

O atendimento telefónico quando foi preciso resolver uma dúvida. Liguei três vezes. Além de não atenderem, desligaram o telefone de seguida. Resolveram, no entanto, por mensagem escrita e até foram rápidos

It was perfectly located, it’s right by the river and the city center, also has an amazing view from the bedroom, the apartment itself was also pretty nice, had shampoo and stuff and basic kitchen appliances + olive oil, instant coffee etc. you actually don’t have to buy any unnecessary things it was quite convenient. Towels and stuff are also provided, there was construction work going on which was communicated beforehand yet we actually didn’t hear them or was woken up by them at all. Also there’s a big TV and good internet connection. And the bathroom/toilet is huge!

The bed is quite comfortable but if someone is sleeping on the couch it’s definitely not, there’s a duvet and everything but it’s just very uncomfortable unfortunately, for a day or two it’s manageable but if you’re staying longer than a weekend don’t count on the bed. Also unfortunately the walls are super thin we could hear everyone walking in different apartments but also wasn’t a big problem for us. The light wasn’t working in the bathroom when we first arrived but they were so fast and communicative about it and it was fixed when we woke up in the morning already without getting into the apartment or waking us up, it was great!

Problème de sécurité!! nous sommes arrivé en fin de journée dans l’appartement déposer nos affaires, après une ballade et un restaurant, à notre retour 6 personnes s’y étaient installés malgré nos affaires installées!! Nous avons appelé et envoyé un message au numéro joint à la réservation (le monsieur est arrivé rapidement) après plus d’une heure de discussion et l’intervention de la police ça a été réglé, bref… et aucun dédommagement de quiconque! Beaucoup trop de travaux (sans vraiment de sécurité) en même temps et partout (intérieur et extérieur)sur l’ensemble du bâtiment, il aurait mieux fallut fermer que de louer dans ces conditions. literie confortable mais draps tachés. Terrasse sympa mais mal exploitée.
