Full kitchenette with dishes and hot plate, microwave, kettle. Very handy. Clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Close to things. Good communication.
The beds were possibly the most uncomfortable beds ever made. Hard to sleep without waking up every few hours to reposition. Windows have never been updated, so they block rain but don’t block any noise. Even people just talking normally on the street can be heard.

The property is in a fairly good location for sightseeing in Porto.
My room was on the fourth floor, up a very wonky staircase. The only view was a wall a couple of yards away. There was no headboard so no chance of sitting up in bed. The sockets were few and far between and not in good places for charging phones etc. The bathroom is tiny. Decent powerful shower but only a curtain to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom door goes all the way down to the floor so having the bath mat ready for when you get out of the shower is an impossibility. There is nowhere to hang anything, even a towel, apart from a couple of hooks and a hanger. There is nowhere to hang a towel so you can easily grab it when you get out of the shower. To cap it all, I made a cup of coffee on the second morning, and then realised there wasn't even a spoon to stir it with. I can't recommend this place.
