Casa do Recanto

Buena situación, la comodidad y su limpieza.Vistas inmejorables.

Me gustó todo

The location is great right down by the river. You can just walk down at night which is very lively and see lots of people and street artists. It's also very close to the bridge and you can walk over the bridge to the GAIA area. The view from the window is also awsome. You can see so much happening outside your window. It was also a good location for getting picked up by Uber. There is a cafe right downstairs which we loved because we could just run down and grab coffee and pastries for breakfast. Some people complained about retrieving the keys but we had no problem with the lockbox. Would like to thank the host for quickly getting back to us with the information as we had to find a last minute replacement for a place Booking.com had double booked us on and cancelled on us last minute.

We were on the 2nd floor and they have no elevator. So this might be an issue for some people. We didn't mind it at all. We would have liked more coffee pods for the coffeemaker but we just went to the downstairs cafe to grab coffees everyday. Didn't want to bother the host. I would suggest maybe leaving more shampoo for the guests as we tried not to use it everyday and made it last. But honestly, these are such minor things and did not take away from our enjoying our trip. They are just suggestions for improvements.

Excellent location with breathtaking view of the bridge! We lucked into the top floor unit called Penthouse, which is bright, spacious, and very clean. The a/c works great, if you feel the need to use it, which we hardly did. Friendly, helpful host. Would love to stay here again.
