It’s very important to follow manager’s instructions properly if you’re doing a late check in. We did and all was fine. Reception is actually in a separate office a short walk away. The rental we had was modern, immaculate and well appointed, with a nice view facing toward the Douro and the historic part of town. The streets are steeper and narrow, but fine to get around. There are many excellent places to eat just steps away from the apartment. We had a fantastic evening at a great Fado restaurant a minute’s walk away, but you must book in advance to not miss out! Location was central to the historic district, we would stay again.

The views were breath taking! The home was perfect for our visit. It had everything we needed. Location was great, beds were perfect, I didn’t move all night they were perfect. Cleanliness was spot on. The staff were all friendly and professional. We would highly recommend this place. We will be back again. We loved it!
