Very well located, comfortable beds, easy check in/out
The shower head was very weak! The elevator wasn’t working. If you have heavy bags, make sure it is working before booking it. The building next door is under construction and it was really noisy during the day.

Room was clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The coffee pods in the room were great, but wish there were a few more since we stay for 4 nights. Morning pasteis da nata were excellent. My kids like watching the waterfront out the window. Check in was easy and Libby was clean. AC worked well.
Bathroom shower has a fly lave issue so little black worms on the bottom of the shower. Bathroom needs to deep cleaned around the bottom corked area. I believe that is where they are coming from. And the water pressure was too low for the bigger toilet flush. Breakfast was the same every morning.

I loved the location of this apparent. It’s clean and has everything you need.
The shower wasn’t in the best state, the shower head was leaking and the drain was partially blocked.

Great location
The rooms are so poorly soundproofed that when the person in the room next door walked around it sounded like they were in our room, it even shook our beds. They paced around their room non stop from 12am until 3am which was very frustrating for us trying to sleep. The shower pressure was also awful, definitely not powerful enough to wash hair.
