Location, room
Lift didn’t work🫣 In the apartment is coffee machine but without capsule of coffee - At least two will be recommended for a warm welcome or for a lovely morning.

The location was fabulous, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again.
The drainage in the bathroom sink was very poor. The lift wasn't working and our room was on the third floor.

Very close to the ribeira, perfect location! View on the river front. Good cafes and restaurants in a walking distance. Comfortable spacious room. Kitchen has all utilities that we needed.
Thin walls. Hard wood floors are noisy and you could hear people walking down the stairs. Suspected bed bugs.

Great location
Poor communication with the property and very unfriendly.
