Professional operators, everything was thought about. I’m in this industry in the UK and this was really really well done.

Really amazing location, beautifully decorated, very good value for money, clean bathroom, lots of towels, soap etc, provided a coffee machine and tea and coffee

No salt or oil in the kitchen so had to buy, sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, AC wasn’t 100% working well (but it was a heatwave also)

The room was tastefully designed and decorated. The location was excellent. The interior of the building was nice as well. The apartment had all the amenities one might need for bedding and cooking, including a nice large refrigerator. The cleaning staff we met were very helpful when the lock failed on our apartment and they helped us get back in.

The air conditioning heat pump was working poorly and could barely keep the apartment at 24° C after running on full power all day. It took over an hour to get it started properly when we first arrived. It was difficult to get hold of the owners for help despite the three phone numbers they provided. no one responded to any of my texts or calls until we had been there working on the heat pump in a hot room for an hour. Also, the fan on the heat pump is so noisy we had to sleep with earplugs, and the sound was really annoying during the day. Finally, the electronic lock to the apartment broke so we could not get in and were trapped outside. My impression is that this was a nicely designed building that is now suffering from lack of maintenance.
