Hill View 7 Apartments

The host is lovely, you are staying in one of 3 rooms and the photos don't show how nice it really is. The woman showed me around and her English isn't perfect but she does very well communicating, the husband doesn't speak any really but he is very patient while we go back and forth with Google translate. They offered us juice, tea, coffee, snacks, etc. when we arrived and greeted us on arrival with big smiles, they are very lovely. The room is clean, they had the balcony door and window open as it was a nice day and the bedding smells freshly washed, the bathroom is clean, and the neighborhood is nice overall. It is a very welcoming and homey environment. They put lots of care in here and work very hard. The phone number does go to finland, this is their son who speaks English fluently and can answer questions if available but he doesn't always have the ability to answer. On arrival there are 2 phone numbers posted outside if you need to call them, they aren't on Whatsapp but it's a direct number to them if you need to contact directly for any reason. The front door locks after about 2200 local time, after you are settled you get a key to your room and one to the door so you can come and go as you please, they are very respectful of travelers and attentive.

Be prepared to pay cash on arrival as bank transfers aren't accepted nor is card, there is thankfully a bank near the lake that's a 10 minute walk away give or take but knowing it was cash only would have been good when we arrived. The photos need updating as the rooms look much nicer and more welcoming, I would have preferred to see something more accurate to the actual stay. The road is close and can be annoying sound wise, this isn't controlled by the host of course but it is loud starting around 0700 with traffic as it's a major road. The walls are a little thin, not terrible if you have respectful people in the other rooms but you can hear if someone is speaking louder than average unfortunately. One room has no balcony but it is still comfortable, they have a line for laundry to hang if you need it.

Nonostante fosse un appartamento piccolo, era tutto confortevole e pulito, ideale per un soggiorno breve con poche pretese. La posizione era perfetta e comoda sia per arrivare in spiaggia, che per il centro della città e negozi vari come minimarket. I proprietari della casa sono stati molto accoglienti, educati e disponibili per ogni richiesta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
