I've never seen a worse hotel in my life. Never attempt to drive to the hotel; it's life-threatening. There are no warnings about this. The hotel doesn't even have a parking lot. Although it says check-in until 11:00 PM, no one was there when we arrived. We couldn't even get in. We had to search for a hotel in the middle of the night.

Amazing place to stay

The location of the hotel was great, close to the castle, exceptional view of the city. Since the location was at the top, it was difficult to drive. They provided parking near to the another hotel. At night when we started walking to the hotel, the owner saw us, he provided ride to the hotel from parking area. He was a very nice person. The staff were very nice, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious. Thank you so much, Hotel Berati staff and owner!

Highlight of our time in Kosovo

Highlight of our time in Kosovo. As much as I was slightly disappointed with Prizren stay here make up for it. The room was clean, simple in style but cosy. There was no aircon but somehow with curtains closed temperature was just perfect. It was quiet, perfect for rest. The staff was nice and didn’t mind answering new questions every 2 hours. Owner didn’t speak much English but he had help whenever my questions were to complicated. Overall, he had welcoming attitude. I especially liked the view. It’s absolutely great from restaurant level. It’s great breakfast is included in the service fee and then you have best view for yourself. Loved the small „garden” on the right. Perfect for insta photos or just relaxing.

Breakfast is from 9.30. I think it’s great idea to consider amending breakfast start time at least to 7.30 AM as we might not be the only ones who need to eat earlier. Owner was really nice! and prepared for us breakfast a day before so we could have any time we want but still it would be great to have freshly served breakfast as the hotel is so cosy. Questions on site were answered immediately and nice but the ones sent by booking before arrival were not answered or response time could be better (like within 1 day or something).

Wonderful!

The room was clean, comfortable and stayed cool in the heat. The view from the terrace was the icing on top of the cake! The breakfast spread was also excellent - and included a barista made coffee. Staff were so lovely

Be warned the hill up is quite steep, but the view is worth it.

Excellent stay in Prizren

This new hotel in Prizren just opened a month ago, so everything is brand new and clean. It is located below the fortress, so the view is spectacular. The main sightseeing points are easily accessible by foot. It is hard to reach the hotel by foot specifically with big luggages, but they offer you a lift with a 4x4 car. The breakfast is also great and generous. The staff is very kind and helpful. We only stayed 1 night, but I would come back next time as well.

It’s a little hike few hundred meters from the city center, same way to the fortress! and the view is amazing! The staffs are so kind and always ready to help me with anything. Everything was very clean, I loved the room.

Try somewhere else

Bed was comfy

Everything was done with cost cutting in mind, it's so basic, not even a hook for your towel. Take a shower and the bathroom floor will be wet for the next 12 hours. You need to have the curtains shut all day because the windows give directly to a walkway. The parking is off site, a 12 min walk away. The hotel itself is high up, and a pain to reach, if you've got big luggage, forget it, if you've got a stroller, forget it, if you've got physical limitations, forget it etc. Generally not impressed.

No me dieron el desayuno que incluía.

La vista es muy buena.

Primero que todo la ubicación que marca Booking dirigiendola a Google Maps esta muy errada y te envía a otra colina más alta y equivocada, cuando te das cuenta que no es allí tienes que bajar y buscarla de otra manera. Cuando la encontre no había personal, me tocó esperar 10 min hasta que llegó el anfitrión. La habitación estaba limpia pero no había agua en el baño después de un rato fue que tenía, no se porque. El descargador del váter estaba dañado y tenía que meter la mano en el tanque para descargar. Y por último supuestamente incluye el desayuno y cuando amaneció no había nadie en el restaurante y me tocó desayunar en otro lado.

Ayrica Hotel görünümlü hostel asiri dik bir konumda.Ulasana kadar 5 kilo verirsiniz.Idare sekilleri cok amatörce . O paraya cok daha güzel ve temiz bir yerde kalabilirsiniz.Asla tavsiye etmem

Sehr toller Ausblick nach einem steilen Aufstieg.

Das Hotel liegt auf direktem Weg zur Festung von Prizren. Ein fantastischer Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ist garantiert. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr nett und hat uns mehrfach Wasser geschenkt!

Leider war auf Booking Frühstück inklusive angegeben, was der Besitzer uns verneint hat. Im Bad war auch ein wenig Schimmel.

Hat mir gefallen.

Das Frühstück war gut. M Ein Omelette mit Gemüse, Brot, Würstchen. Dazu ein Multivitaminsaft und Kaffee.

Das Frühstück könnte mit einem Buffet organisiert werden. So ist es aber individuell nicht schlecht. Das tägliche Bergsteigen, wenn auch kurz (300 Meter Strecke), muss einem liegen.

Demasiado lejos y difícil el camino hasta el hotel

Las vistas desde la terraza. Son las mismas desde el castillo.

En mi experiencia las reseñas no se corresponden con lo que he visto. En la habitación no hay televisión, la terraza no es privada sino que es comunitaria y por la noche entran y salen con mucha asiduidad. La terraza está bastante sucia. La azotea es el restaurante con música bastante alta, hasta bien entrada la noche. No hay recepción y cuando llegas tienes que andar buscando a los dueños. El desayuno es muy escaso. No hay fruta, no hay café y por supuesto tampoco nada de dulces, excepto un mini bol con mermelada. El desayuno empieza a las 9,30 am. Lo peor de todo la ubicación. Está alejado, en medio de ningún sitio. Por la noche no hay ningún tipo de alumbrado en el camino. La calle es todo subida con muchísima inclinación, de piedra resbaladiza y muy largo el camino. Más de 10 minutos subiendo.

Hiçbir şeyini beğenmedik . Her yer pislik içimdeydi . Odanın içi böcek örümcek solucan benzeri haşere dolu . Sebebi ise odaya giriş kapısının altında en az 3 cm boşluk var fare bile girer . Odada klima yok , banyoya klima değilde havalandırma gibi bişey koymuşlar oradan soğuk üflüyor , banyo buzhane gibi oluyor ama oda yanıyor , üstelik çok sesli çalıştığından gece uyutmuyor . Odanın içinde buzdolabı büyüklüğümde şofben benzeri bişey var o da tüm güm sesli bir şekilde çalışıyor. Kesinlikle uyuyamazsınız . Nevresim havlular içler acısı . 2 gece rezervasyon yaptık , ertesi gün sabah hemen kaçtık , iade istedik vermedi . Vermediği gibi saçma sapan komuştu . Sıkıntı yok ilgili yerlere şikayetimizi yaptık , bundan sonrasını onlar düşünsün . Tam 13 gece 6 farklı ülkede konaklama yaptık , hepsine 8-10 puan arası puan verdim sadece bu otel bizi perperişan etti .

Ücretsiz otoparkı vs yok , o kadar dik ve dar bir yokuşu varki araç çıkamaz ya motor yakar ya patinaj geri salmada yüksekden düşer . Bize çıkın bişey olmaz dedi sakın çıkmayın, oradan düşmüşsün ölmüşsün umrunda olmaz .Başka bir otele gönderiyor yürüyerek 20 dakika . Orada da nerden geldin niye geldin 2 saat dert anlat . Yaya olarak çıkmak bile çok ama çok yorucu .

Wunderbare Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Ein kaltes Mineralwasser zum Emfang haben wir bekommen und das Frühstück war super!

Man sollte wissen, dass man ziemlich den Berg hochsteigen muss und am Hotel selbst bekommt man kein Abendessen (auch nichts Kleines). Frühstück gab es erst ab 9:30.

Güzel kahvaltı, temizlik yetersiz

Kahvaltısı gerçekten çok güzel. Yeterli ve lezzetli. Terasta servis ediyorlar, şehrin manzarası ile birlikte çok güzel bir ortamı var.

Yeni bir tesis olduğunu düşünüyorum, bu yapı için kullanılan nevresimler, özellikle havlular çok eski. Banyo gideri düzgün çalışmıyor, ancak sorun yaşadığımızda müdahale edildi hemen. O konuda bir şey diyemem. Böyle bir tesis çiçek gibi görünebilir gerçekten. Temizliğini de bu açıdan tekrardan gözden geçirmelerini dilerim.

Tesis kaleye çıkan yol üzerinde, tesisi yeni, hala devam eden eklentileri mevcut. Sahibi ve çalışanlar yardımseverdi, özellikle yüksek bir lokasyonda olduğundan havası ve manzarası mükemmel. Manzaraya karşı kahvaltısı mevcut. Tam fiyat performans P/P oteli, yokuş çıkmayı dert etmeyenler için 😃

Henüz yeni olduğu için ufak tefek eksiklikleri mevcut ama benim için önemli değildi.

Predivan pogled na grad

Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Iznad soba se nalazi restoran u kome smo imali odličan doručak. Pogled iz restorana i sa terase restorana na centar Prizrena, kameni most, i glavnu džamiju, kao i nezaboravan zalazak sunca. Sobe su nove, prostrane i uredne, a vlasnik nam je rekao da još rade na doradi detalja. Objekat se nalazi na brdu ispod tvrđave, i vrlo lako je doći do tvrđave. Odličan omjer cijena- vrijednost, pretpostavljam da je cijena promotivna jer je objekat novootvoren .

Greškom smo autom došli strmom i uskom ulicom do objekta, jer nismo znali da se treba unaprijed javiti da nam daju lokaciju parkinga, odakle bi nas osoblje dovezlo do hotela. Osoblje nam je ipak uz objekat obezbijedilo mjesto za parkiranje, jer smo ostajali samo jednu noć. Za povratak iz centra u hotel ide se prilično strmom ulicom, što za starije osobe nije baš ugodno.

Ulaşım çok ama çok zor baya bir zor dimdik bir yokuş çıkıyorsuz çok zor bir yokuş kaleye 5 dakika yürüyerek merkeze 15 dakika dik yokuşla beraber 25 dakika sürüyor araç için otopark yok yani otelde yakın değil şehir merkezinden 10 dakika uzaklıkta otoparkları var kısacası gitmeyin böyle birşey görmedim ben Balkanlarda yaşıyorum 10-20 Euro daha fazla verin bu kadar yorulmaya değmez…
