Lovely family-run villa, perfect for a family stay We had a very pleasant stay at Vila Topciu. From the first moment, the host was extremely helpful and welcoming. They even helped us find and arrange parking for our car in a nearby area, which we really appreciated. Vila Topciu is a family-run business, and you can clearly feel the warmth and care they put into hosting their guests. The villa is private, beautifully decorated, and located on the road toward Drilon, making it a great and peaceful location. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, ideal for a family stay. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel relaxed and at home. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great to add an air conditioner in the bedroom, which would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we highly recommend Vila Topciu, especially for families looking for a private, welcoming, and nicely decorated place.

Everything was perfect.

We are very happy with our stay.

The perfect place for a group - we rented all 4 apartments in the house. Clean, friendly and comfortable.

The kitchen could have been slightly more equipped, for example a trash bin and a knife for cutting. Maybe a coffee maker.

Beautiful lake, very cold at night in the room

We had a nice one night stay in this flat. The family apartment was medium standard but also cheapest option, usptairs was very nice studio flat. The mum of the owner didn't speak english but was very nice and showed us everything. We had a parking space just next to it for 2 EUR per night. The location was perfect, near one of the most gorgeous lake I've ever seen.

We came at the end of January so it was very cold at night. The air condtitioning was set at 30C but wasn't very efective. I asked the owner for extra heater, they replied few hours later asking if we are ok but we were sleeping. There was an electric blanket on the bed so we managed but next time visiting Albania in winter we would take some handful heater to plug in. Days are sunny and warm but nights in the cheap hotels very cold.

The location is ok. You can get to Ohrid Lake within 5 min walk and most restaurants and other necessary spots. Considering the price, it would be ok for a night or two but wouldn't recommend for longer stays.

The double bed wasn't comfortable while the single bed was ok. It's right next to the main street and windows are not soundproof. Not necessarily a bad thing for some but curtains are not light blocking. If you want to cook there is a little stove but no aspiration to take out the smell.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, the host was super friendly. The apartment was clean, it had all the needed facilities and a nice interior. During the mornings the apartment faced the sun so it was warm enough meanwhile during the evenings we turned on the AC which was effective for the entire area.
