The room did not have air conditioning, and it was very very cold, especially at night. the toilet was outside the room and was shared with the other rooms.

Nikolla and his family were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any query I had. The room was spotless, fresh, and I felt so comfortable. Nikolla's Mum Cvetla, and her Mother were so, so kind and welcoming, I was shocked by how kind they are. I was invited to share a drink of Rakija, and we talked via Google Translate, with lots and lots of laughs and gave my lots of lovely fruit to take to my room! Everything was perfect, and I have already planned on coming back for a weekend break with my partner. 10/10

Niko was a very friendly and helpful host, directly offering us food and drinks after our arrival. The location is in a little street without traffic, so very quiet but only 50 meters away from the lake. So perfectly located.

Located in old part of the city , through its small flowery and cute balcony you can see the lake and the neighborhood old roofs. The ppl who run it are very welcoming and helpful.Room furniture and building its self are new. I recommend this place for its simplicity and coziness of staying there.

A great place

The owners of the place were VERY friendly and the stay was made even better from them. They didn't bother us one bit and were constantly asking if we needed anything. The view from some of the rooms were great, it gave me a great place to read. Overall I really liked it.

Nikolla en zijn familieleden zijn erg vriendelijk. De locatie vlakbij het strand was fantastisch.

We hadden misschien wat meer faciliteiten willen hebben (een grote tafel met genoeg zitruimte, bestek dat je gewoon kan pakken, spullen om je eigen afval op te ruimen) om ons ontbijt te kunnen eten voor de kamer die we hadden gehuurd. Als je om bestek vroeg kon je dat wel makkelijk krijgen.

Hôtel très bien placé avec des hôtes très accueillants.

Hôtes très accueillants. L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé à proximité du lac. La chambre était vraiment très propre.

Sanitaires partagés, même si tout s’est bien passé ! Pas de possibilité de se faire un petit déjeuner : peut être prévoir un petit espace partagé avec vaisselle, micro ondes, et bouilloire puisqu’il y a de l’espace.
