It was very charming: the architecture, the setting, the room, the decoration. There were flowers everywhere. We had a huge balcony. It was authentic yet like being in a fantasy, transported to Albania in a different era. The service of the staff was impeccable: polite, attentive, generous. It was perhaps the best hotel, I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was truly delicious and ample. They have two sunbed chairs by the lake.
The stairs were to the third floor were a little dark. Everything else was wonderful.

Loved the stay, the accommodation is great. I would recommend that the breakfast service is reviewed as the standard varies day to day, this would improve satisfaction definitely. Otherwise a great place to stay in a very authentic location with rich heritage.
