I will check always Perla for free rooms when I will go to Pogradec again!

The room was spacious and clean! Planty of parking places.

The waiters need to be careful especially when it is about money! The toilet was very cold, I wonder why they didn't had floor heating in the toilet, it is necessary especially in winter places like Pogradec!

Beautiful Perla Hotel. Such wonderful staff who even kindly upgraded us on arrival! In a great location with lots of free parking, great breakfast, so close to the beautiful lake, and everything about the hotel is clean and comfy.

Almost everything! Great owners, rooms, service, atmosphere. Staff extremely helpful. Special mention of Oxanna on reception. A very kind and knowledgeable young woman with excellent language and customer skills.

Patchy internet on 2nd floor. Not a huge issue.

Good location, directly at the lake and close to many restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds, good AC, big room. Typical Albanian breakfast included. Nice terrace.

Perfect hotel with good view and nice staff!

The lady behind the desk was both friendly and professional, which makes you feel welcome. Bed was very comfortable. The room had many different kinds of lamps and ambiance lights. The bathroom was very comfortable and luxury. It had a huge balcony. Parking was very well arranged. View from room on a park and the lake. Breakfast was really good, and their staff refilled all food frequently.

great views, room, linen and towels were clean and comfortable. Bidet had warm water. The reception staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

lPipes sticking out of room & bathroom (some were trip hazards). no coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast consisted of over cooked eggs, hot dogs, and very weak coffee. Waiter served food and never returned to check on us. *The coffee served at dinner time was very good.
