Tip top

Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city. The room had AC and all the mentioned amenities. The staff went the extra mile to have a safe parking for the motorbike as it has no key and it thumps with a kick. Extremely friendly and welcoming!

Great location, 2 min from the lake. Breakfast included. Free parking. The lady running the hotel is doing a great job accommodating guests :) Great value for money. Also they have a picture of the late Queen in the lobby

Bathroom is big and hence quite cold. Toilet took very long time to fill up with water… For some reason TV in the room turned on in the middle of the night, waking us up.

because of my job i often go to Pogradec,and lately I choose this hotel for me and my co workers.I find the staf very friendly,polite and helpfull,a god management. Clean rooms,sheets and towels,a delicious breakfast where can enjoy the coffee too with a wonderfull lake view.

Modern, comfortable room, excellent staff & great breakfast

We had great experience. The lady at the reception was exceptional at her job - very professional, polite, kind, helpful and left an excellent impression of the hotel. We just cannot thank her enough. The room felt newish and fresh, very comfortable and spotessly clean, the restaurant at the top floor has fantastic interior decoration and ambience, breakfast was very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Poor

The hotel was in a very good location and the staff was very friendly.

I booked a king room and they gave us a triple one supposed to be a better one but as soon as the door was open, you could smell a strange smell in the room. The bed made a noise with the slightest movement and this made us very uncomfortable. The breakfast included in the price was very poor , so in all the price didn't meet our expectations.

it was a very good choice. the hotel is next to the lake. the room was clean, the bathroom was big, there was hot water and a fridge in the room. it also had slippers. the bed was comfortable and big. very good value for money
