Great destination, Hotel great position

We were late for breakfast and some things were in shorter supply and a large group of Germans body blocked the drinks area. breakfast had a good set of options for all the cooked parts , the salad were good, There was a continental option Fried eggs well cooked , omelette , sausages, salad , white cheese petulla and honey with great tomatoes and cucumber !! The hotel is right on the main way through the lakeside and is one of the best places to stay.

We were asked for payment upon arrival and this was not expected. The site does not have card holder not present facilities. Due to security we could not check that account from Albania

A great hotel with friendly staff and good vibes.

Our visit was amazing. I especially liked the fact that they had live music in the restaurant during the evening. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms good

The balcony was a little bit dangerous with the kids because they could easily have fallen down. The railing was to low. We had to make sure they could not get out.

Disappointing

Excellent location, good lake and mountain views from the room, off-street parking is available, it was cheap, room was a good size.

WiFi didn't work, the balcony door was broken and could not be locked, all door hinges needed oiling to stop squeaking, the shower screen was off its track and it was difficult to move

Nice hotel and great value for money

The location, the room, the perfect view of the lake. There was live music and a very nice atmosphere at the reastaurant. Good breakfast.

Good location by the seaside, uderground safe parking

Our rooms ( on 2nd floor) were very noisy until meednight due to some kind of live music at the hall of the hotel. The WiFi signal was very bad (parcticaly we didnt have signal).

We had a gorgeous view to mountain/garden and to the lake. The internet speed was good. The bed was big and comfortable for us (it is soft, you feel like you are on the cloud)

The room was to small. The walls are so thin you could hear everything from the next room.

What we expected and good value for money

The breakfast was limited by being local rather than international, but that was what we expected. The position was very good, right on the lake shore Good to get easy parking right in the city centre

Exceptional

The staff is wonderful and like no other place. Rooms are comfy and clean. We had a lake view suite and we could for sure stayed more. The restaurant has live music at night.

Breakfast is basic, but good. They could add some fruit though. An environmental friendly suggestions: Better use a big shower gel and shampoo bottle which can be squeezed, than many small bottles.

The hotel has a free parking and an opened space near the beach as restaurant. Breakfast was good and the vue from the balcony is very beatiful.

I really enjoyed staying there.

Our room was clean, spacious and with a great lake view. The staff was very nice and polite. The food was great as well.
