Where time stands still

Lin is an amazing place to visit, not only as the oldest continuously inhabited settlement in Europe, but also for its timeless charm and warm-hearted people. Everywhere in the village you feel a genuine welcome, especially from Toni and his lovely wife at Villa Stavri. We only stayed one night and sadly missed the night fishing trip with Toni, but that’s another yet reason to return!

The warm hospitality more than makes up for any minor shortcomings :)

We spent 2 splendid days there.

The accommodation is nicely situated directly at the lake with comfortable sun chairs at the waterfront in a nice little garden. This is where you have your delicious breakfast with tomatoes and fruits freshly picked. Most of all we enjoyed our unbelievable friendly and warm hearted hosts.

Fabulous service, breakfast, lunch and and dinner was offered as well and was absolutely delicious. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Host is friendly and lovely. Boat trips for leisure and fishing was also offered and it was just fantastic. Just can’t get enough from this paradise!

Die Familie ist sehr nett und die Unterkunft ist sauber und einfach.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut und man kann direkt über eine Leiter im See schwimmen gehen. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und ist ausreichend und lecker. Der Wein ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Betten sind bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Alles in allem kann ich es empfehlen, wenn man es einfach mag.

Das man das Bad mit den anderen Gästen teilen muss, stand leider nicht in der Beschreibung.

Tout Famille accueillante, disponible et à l'écoute. Transats sur le lac, baignade au bas de la terrasse. Petit déjeuner varié : fromage, tomates, beignets chaque jour différent. Nous vous conseillons le repas sur place : truite du lac , pèche du jour de Toni, le propriétaire. Excellente Merci à toute la famille

La salle de bain était supposée être privative et ce n'était pas le cas Lors de la réservation, la chambre avait une vue sur le lac, ce qui n'a pas été le cas.

Nous avons tout aimé ! L'emplacement idéal pour visiter Lin, l'accès direct au lac depuis le jardin, la gentillesse de la famille qui nous accueillait, la possibilité de manger du poisson frais du lac, la propreté des lieux. On vous conseille ce logement les yeux fermés !

Super Guesthouse au bord de l’eau comme à la maison

Tout était super ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Stavri ! On s’est senti comme à la maison, nous avons profité de la terrasse au bord de l’eau toute la journée, à nous baigner, à bouquiner et à manger ce que nos adorables hôtes nous ont cuisiné. Nous avons eu la chance de manger la fameuse truite (koran) pêchée par Toni, mais aussi des salades, de la viande et des frites. Les petits déjeuner étaient aussi délicieux. Ils ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien et c’était réussi ! Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de l’expérience de la pièce avec Toni, le vent était trop fort pour aller pêcher. La chambre était très confortable et tout était propre. Le petit village de Lin est très mignon et tranquille. Je recommande à 200% la villa Stavri !
